Julius Shulman
Himself Master of architectural photography for over 60 years, the Getty recently acquired the archive of Shulman’s extraordinary collection. Amongst numerous awards and honors he has received is the prestigious American Institute of Architectural Gold Medal. Amongst his close friends was famed architect Richard Neutra. At 95 Shulman continues to work and though frequently seen in Staar’s company he continues to deny he is “Earl”. |
